The Audit Panel Agreement is the contract between IPART and the Audit Panel member and describes a range of obligations that the Audit Panel member has to IPART, as well as a range of powers that IPART has the discretion to exercise. All appointees to the Audit Panel are required to sign the Panel Agreement.
