This form is for the use of person(s) wishing to become accredited to produce NSW Greenhouse Abatement Certificates (NGACs) under Greenhouse Gas Benchmark Rule (Demand Side Abatement) No. 3 of 2003 (the DSA Rule). In addition to the Application Form, project proponents must complete and submit following attachment.
- Attachment A – Generation Emissions Method
The Guide to Applying – DSA Rule must be used in completing this application form.
